I went in with a general idea of what I wanted to look at and I had SUCH a great experience. Within 30 seconds of me walking through the doors Sam had greeted me and identified why I was there and how he could best help me. Sam was so completely transparent with what he had in stock and what would be coming in and what time. He was great with weighing the pros and cons of what vehicle would be best for my needs, wants, and made sure I took into consideration the long term resale value of cars as well as what financing options through Toyota would make certain models a better choice for me. He followed up with me about the models I was looking at in such a timely manner while also not being pushy. He provided the best customer service I think that I've received from a car dealer. The dealership itself has taken so many steps to make sure that you as a customer are comfortable, especially during Covid. By far the best experience car shopping, both with car dealership and employees, that I've had in Duluth.

I originally had my heart set on a crossover and began test-driving vehicles in March at various dealerships in the Twin Ports. Mark was my sales liaison at Toyota then and I really enjoyed him over every other agent I had interacted with. Mark was knowledgeable, professional, and not at all pushy. I told him I wasn't ready yet but that I'd be back before winter for a car. I saw the new 2020 Rav4's on the road and started browsing the Kolar site for incentives. When Nicole called to schedule an appointment, I told her that I preferred to work with and through Mark. 9:30 the next morning, Mark and I were on the lot looking at the RAV4 inventory. I was already sold on Mark after meeting him in March and as soon as he opened the hatch, I was sold on the RAV4. The process was quick, easy, and warm. Every person at Kolar Toyota was so helpful and pleasant to be around. I will definitely recommend Kolar Toyota in the future to my friends and family in the market for a new vehicle - especially if they want a new RAV4!

Our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, to the point of offering to deliver the car to our house. That wasn't necessary, but he did come to work on his day off to go through the instructions with me. All other staff were pleasant, eager to help. Salesroom atmosphere was cordial - loved the coffee and hotdogs! The Pit Stop feature in the shop is a nice bonus.

I was very impressed with the service I received on two different occasions. I had to bring my car in to have a couple recalls inspected. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to deal with. They even took me back in the shop to show me exactly what was wrong and why. They were wonderful at explaining everything to me and how long the process would take. The waiting area is very pleasant as well and relaxing.

I brought my Toyota RAV4 in to see if they could get the tire indicate light off in the dashboard display. It had been worked on by other automotive places who couldn't get the light off. Even though Kolar wasn't sure either they gave it their best shot. The mechanic was great in explaining the problem to me. I had a dental appointment and their shuttle service was great getting me to my appointment on time and then picking me up. I was so impressed with the kindness of everyone. I'm now trying just taking my negative cable off the battery overnight. I did this at the mechanic's advice. I hope this works! What a wonderful experience for me! Thanks to the service team at Kolar!
